Since we’ve been back after lockdown, we’ve been asking our clients if they’d mind adding a review onto Facebook or Google and their response has ben amazing. In the last two months we’ve had over 25 new reviews, here are the latest to come in……………….
I first contacted Christina a number of years ago to review my pensions. I was nervous and unsure about trusting someone to deal with my finances. From the beginning Christina was helpful, reassuring and extremely efficient. She took the trouble to go through things as many times as I needed to ensure I understood her proposals. We decided on a particular product and the transfer process and setting up went very smoothly. I have had reviews since then to make sure my requirements were still being met. I was contacted by Christina a few months ago as she felt that this product now was perhaps not the best one for me. After meetings and advice, I am now in the process of transferring to a new product which is more suitable. I would add that Christina is always very in tune with a customer’s risk appetite and tailors her advice accordingly. I would not hesitate in recommending this firm to anyone.
