Our VouchedFor Rating
The VouchedFor Rating was established in 2012 as an online review platform to help prospective clients searching for a Financial Planner in their area.
The premise is very simple, advisers sign up to the website in order to display their details, then invite clients to leave a review of their experience with the adviser. This then builds a rating (out of 5 stars) for the adviser, which acts as an initial indicator of “quality” to prospective clients searching the website. Prospective clients can click on an adviser’s profile to look at their company information more closely and to look at their reviews and if they like what they see, they can ask the adviser to contact them. Vouched For charge financial advisers for each online enquiry they receive, which is how they make money.
The key to the success of the Vouched For website is the ability to be able to trust that the client reviews are genuine. The process Vouched For use is very straightforward. The adviser asks their clients to provide them with a review via the website. The client goes onto the Vouched For website and answers a set of simple questions rating the advisers service. This creates a VouchedFor rating (out of 5). Crucially, the client has to enter their personal e mail address, to verify their identity, which is then validated. This is how you can be sure that the reviews are genuine. The adviser gets the opportunity to review the comments and rating left by the client. If the adviser disagrees with any of the comments, they have the right to add a reply which will be publicly visible.
In 2016 Vouched For added the opportunity for clients to also review advisers after their first meeting, not just once they had “done business” with the adviser. This created more “reviews” into the system for both Vouched For and individual advisers and firms.
Christina joined the Vouched For platform shortly after it launched in early 2014. Since then Christina (and since 2016 Adele) have had almost 400 client reviews published.
That has meant that Christina has featured in the Vouched For Top Rated advisers awards for eleven consecutive years, from 2014 to 2024.
In their Top-Rated publication in 2020, Christina was the 16th ranked Financial Adviser in the whole of the UK (out of 828 advisors featured on the Vouched For website), based on the number of reviews (153 at the end of 2019).
In the second publication of the Top Rated Guide in April 2021 Christina had risen to #13 out of over 1,500 featured advisers (based on 213 client reviews to March 2021). By 2022 Christina was ranked 11th out 1,824 advisers in the UK.
In 2024, Christina was rated #12 out of 1,727 financial advisers using the VouchedFor platform for their client reviews.
In 2025 Christina was rated #14 out of 2,633 advisors who featured in the Guide an increase of over 900 advisors on the year before. In the North West Christina was rated #3 based on her 344 verified client reviews.
