Independent Financial Adviser review website www.vouchedfor.co.uk has now started to issue Certificates of Excellence to Financial Advisers every quarter. The certificates are awarded to Financial Advisers according to the ratings out of 5 that they have been given by their clients, who have provided reviews.
You can see all my Vouched For reviews on their website https://www.vouchedfor.co.uk/financial-advisor-ifa/nelson/1068-christina-clegg , I’m pleased to say that I’ve been awarded a Certificate of Excellence in Spring, Summer and Autumn of 2017 and I am just waiting for the results form Winter 2017.
In previous years Vouched For have awarded Certificates to the Top 250 Financial Advisers, based on their client review ratings and I was awarded a Top 250 Certificate in 2014, 2015 and 2016. These Top 250 Certificates are no longer being issued and have been replaced by the new quarterly Certificates of Excellence.
I always encourage all my clients to leave a review, because I’m confident about the high level of customer service that I provide to each and every client, whether a client actually uses my services or just takes up the offer of a free initial meeting. My current rating is 4.7/5.0, which I’m very pleased with. There’s no way I’d expect to have a rating of 5.0/5.0 from over 100 reviews, I just don’t think that’s possible. All my reviews are verified as being from real clients.
I have seen 5.0/5.0 ratings occasionally for Advisers, but the sceptic in me does wonder if such ratings are real or made up! If you search deep into some of my oldest ratings, you will see a rating of 1.0/5.0! Unfortunately, that was from one of my longest standing clients, who thought 1.0 was the highest you could get!
You can also see written testimonials on my website at https://ccfps.co.uk/testimonials/ these are taken from Client Survey responses and are all real. Every new client automatically receives a Client Survey after we’ve completed our initial transactions, where I ask them to rate a whole number of aspects of my service. This is really important because it keeps me focussed on any areas where I might be able to improve my service, this happens for any advice provided by my associate Independent Financial Adviser Adele Cowgill and my Mortgage Adviser Josh Brooks.
