New working arrangements – Covid -19

Along with every other business, we’ve had to make changes to our operations as a result of the Covid-19 outbreak in order to protect our staff.

As a Financial Services firm we have taken the decision to remain open during this period in order to continue to manage our clients financial arrangements, but clearly it is not “business as usual”. Given the importance of data security in the business, it is not possible for all staff to work from home, accordingly Sophie, Leah and Sue have been sent home to isolate themselves as per Government guidelines and their jobs will be protected until they are able to return.

The Office will remain open and Christina, Adele and Josh will continue to work and are able to maintain the strict social distancing requirements within the Office environment.

They will endeavour to continue to process all client requests during this period, although we ask you to bear with us as things may take a little longer to process. Client review meetings that are already scheduled will continue, but will be done by Facetime, telephone or Skype. Where information is required to be shared this will be done via the online Portal. We are able to continue to provide advice, just not on a face to face basis.

You can still call the Office to discuss your requirements. If the lines are busy please be patient and leave a message or call back or drop us an email.

Hopefully these measures will mean that you will continue to receive the ongoing support you require.

Let’s hope this doesn’t last too long and please stay safe and follow the Government guidelines.

The service provided was both professional and extremely helpful, without Christina’s help we would have lost money and took a long time to obtain our pension funds.

Mr & Mrs W

Did not expect anything other than a professional service. Excellent.

Mrs L

We have always found Christina to be reliable and honest. We value her services because nothing is too much trouble and she is never too pushy.
