As a company we constantly strive to improve the service we offer to our clients by finding new and innovative ways to make Financial Planning as easy to understand as possible. Recently we have been working hard to set up our new Personal Finance Portal giving our clients access to their financial information at the touch of a button.
In simple terms the Portal allows you to log in through a link on our website and access your latest financial information, such as the latest valuations of your policies.
It’s very simple to use and to set up, you receive a registration email with a link to click on; after following the instructions you can set up a password and then log in instantly. We are on hand to talk you through the process if you need any help.
Once you are logged in you are taken to your Profile Page which gives an overview of the information available to you. From there you can navigate the portal by clicking the section of your Profile you wish to view.
The Portal is totally encrypted which means that all your details are secure, and it is a much safer way to access your information than being sent an email. In addition, you can also securely send documents directly to your adviser using the Portal.
Whilst the Portal allows you to see in simple terms how much your assets and policies are worth at any one time, it does not replace the need for regular face to face reviews, which will still be undertaken by your adviser.
